The communication is not just poor, it is almost non-existent. As many other recent negative reviews I purchased a watch on sale, and after 2 weeks of hearing nothing it is cancelled out of the blue. I can appreciate pricing errors do occur but surely this could have been resolved much more quickly. I did try to cancel myself only yesterday as I want the money back in my account to buy a different watch but my cancellation was rejected despite not being dispatched. Very poor service and I would not buy direct with Garmin again after this, even with a measly 20% discount that expires in less than a month.
