oh dear, what kind of company offer to replace a broken device ONLY with a refurbished version. bear in mind my device is only 10 months age (that's still under warranty) and makes me pay for postage as well.. outrageous!! never ever buy it, agree with all comments here. if you ever want to still be in business please put your customers first :(
