Garmin support Netherlands don't react, I have to throw away my Garmin Edge 530

8 Months ago, I bougt a Garmin Edge 530. Now the product don't starts up. Software is hanging during start up. Garmin support netherlands advised via a standard answer to do a hard and soft reset. I did, but problem remains. Then Garmin support Netherlands proposed via a standard mail to return my device. I will receive a refurbished part via the qaurentee procedure. I proposed to sent my device back and asked for info of the return adress ,..etc. But then it is silent no reaction. Nobody is picking up the phone, Chatter don't work, Garmin support don't sent me any e -mail back . I have tried several times now. But still no reaction. I have the impression there is nobody at this support department of Garmin Netherlands, the system is only sending standard e-mails to support questions.I’ am desperate now and will decide to throw away my expensive not workin Garmin edge 530 and buy another brand.It's a shame that Garmion support is acting like this. Checking this NL. Trustpilt.com . I see that many many many Dutch customers has the same issue with Garmin support Netherlands.
