Paid £150 for a smart watch

Paid £150 for a smart watch, and it arrived in a cheap rubbery strap, which broke within 6 months. Garmin support is appalling, as previous reviewers have pointed out. So they offer a 2 year grantee, but that's irrelevant if they ignore your request. I've contacted them 3 times and still no service. Shame because the watch looks good, but breaks easily. Very disappointing.
