Poor quality hardware, software and support

I own several different products- Action cam- 2 sports watches- Several sensorsBoth watches have been returned and replaced under the RMA process. It took many attempts to get the issues resolved. Despite both watches having hardware faults, I was expected to pay the return postage.It is very difficult to get problems acknowledged. The support staff don't seem to know anything about Garmin products and just say "reinstall the software" and "do a factory reset" even when you've told them you've already done that, and the problem in any case lies elsewhere. Factory resets are always highly time consuming and disruptive.It is possible to go on the Garmin forum and find out how the products work, but this shouldn't be necessary. On the forum you also find out how many serious problems there are with Garmin products.I have several major defect reports that are outstanding and I know that they will never be fixed.Very disappointing.
