We have been using this for the last 3 years or so for our travels in Japan, Spain, UAE and France. Very good. Haven't had any problem, except when I cancelled one of the trips and I decided not to get immediate refund. To use the returned amount, it is a nuisance as you have to go to the email and copy the refund code and paste. And I have to keep track of how much is left... It would be good, if the funds are automatically used and app indicates how much balance is leftover. I am waiting to go back home to do the calculations.... And I have to remember that I have a balance to use!
