I booked a Cruise tour on Nile river in Egypt with 2 months in advance. We fly to Cairo and, after 2 days of chatting with GetYourGuide support and money already paid, the day before starting the tour we find out that the tour operator cannot arrange the tour anymore because of missing flight availability (we receive this message just 10 hours before taking rhe flight). So we are in Egypt without any tour organized and without any possibility of assistance from Getyourguide because they could not do anything with the tour operator… I find this ridicoulous for a big supplier like Getyourguide, and they risked to destroy our vacation plan. We spent 1 day on searching new options and loosing money too because we had to rebook new fligths on new dates.
