The worst customer service experience. I’ve waited an hour and a half on the phone with no support. My website went from 29.99 a month to 47 a month with no agreement on my end to do so. A free trail turned into a $102 charge. There’s no way to talk to someone to fix all of this. Reply to the Godaddy reply: The problem is needing to make multiple changes with no ability to get through to someone on the phone to do so. As you stated "my recent contact" was not a call but instead a text only support. I asked three questions to find out my other options on how to structure what I needed and was told "I understand your concerns but I can only assist you through chat" so my desire to find solutions on the best way to have my account set up was not fixed.
