Respect the technical people but don't like the billing people. The one who answered my call on 06/20/2025 told me 2 lies and insisted for service I don't need:1. No credit card associated with my account (of course there is!), requested my card just to find out it's there2. Told me that my domain to be renewed for 2 years but I received an email from GoDaddy on 06/17/2025 to confirm it for 1 year. How manipulative! Because he insisted it's for 2 years, so he needs to charge my card on 06/20/2025, instead automatically charged on 06/21/2025 to change it to 1 year3. Don't want to have my email to be reactivated right now but in August, he kept insisted that it's practical. But I don't want it and I don't need it. I am the Customer!
