GoDaddy has the absolute worst customer support I have ever experience in attempting to receive a refund I was approved for and falls within their TsCs, I have not yet gotten it and been on with support 5 times each time for multiple hours. They have approved the refund and informed me numerous times they are sending it and never sent it.
