Honestly terrible.They increase prices every year for domains. Email cost is outragous, and if you lapse they try to charge you another extortionate fee to get the domain back, or threaten to keep hold of it for upto 18 months if you didnt pay extra for the 'ultimate' package when you bought the domain.There are plenty of other, cheaper, better options out there. If you have the choice, avoid these like the plague, and if you are with them, do yourself a favour and transfer your domain to another host as soon as you can...
