I moved my MS 365 account to GoDaddy. They failed to advise me of the limitations of integration of its version of MS 365 with my CRM. After spending several hours with GoDaddy they advised that there is a problem with integration because of the SSO used by GoDaddy. I learned from my CRM provider that this is a problem with GoDaddy they have seen before. GoDaddy claims that they make no guaranty even though it is MS 365 that can be integrated if provided by a different reseller. Further, because they failed to keep the appointment we made to initiate integration, they advised me I was beyond the refund period and I am on my own to migrate my emails to a new (or the former) MS 365 account. If you are planning to integrate your emails, contacts, calendars or other items from MS 365 into some other program, insure its compatibility before committing to the purchase. Don't assume it will work because your program works with MS 365. Better yet, acquire MS 365 from Microsoft direct or another reseller.As you will note, GoDaddy has requested additional information but failed to specify what information they need to be able to respond. This will be helpful.In attempting to migrate away from GoDaddy, I have learned this is a well-know problem. Google it and you will see a host of YouTube videos and other postings recommending you move your MS 365 account away from GoDaddy. It is their own version and therefore incompatible with any number of 3rd party programs.
