I'm leaving them after 10+ years. Every year price goes up but resources you can use go down. They turned off my hosting with 10 domains and websites saying I used too many files, so I phoned asking for an upgrade, they offered a deal saying it will double the file usage and it will take 24-48h. It didn't happen, they took my money and I contacted them today to say that my file usage is still the same. I was told that the customer service representative gave me misleading information and I will have to pay additional 150GBP to actually get this deal, so I asked for a refund and they say I will have to downgrade but it costs as well to downgrade. I said that I was given misleading information and it wasn't my fault so the guy said "ring tomorrow, there is no managers available today" ridiculous!!! Stay away from these guys!!!
