The customer care girl was very rude. She did not answer my question. She put the headset down I kept saying hello to her over and over again, but she did not answer. The left the phone without answer for 40 minutes. I held the phone thinking she might answer but she did not. Very rude girl and she did not understand the issue kept saying the same thing when I was talking with her initially when she was responding to me for 20 minutes after that she stopped talking with me. She kept pushing me add new services to charge me more money.
