I was assisted by a moderator named Falran, he helped me get the game Neverwinter Nights 2 up and running on a modern system. I like that when he responded he gave me multiple solutions to the problem and didn't waste my time by suggesting solutions I had already tried (I had told him what I had already tried when I initially submitted the support ticket.)
