I really appreciate GOG's DRM-Free games, with an offline installer and you don't even need the Galaxy launcher if you don't want it (I do use it). The availability of older tittles is also an important feature, although I also appreciate the inclusion of newer tittles. Both the website and Galaxy always worked well enough for me, with bugs being very rare, in my experience.Prices are fair for the added benefits and there are sales often. One of the main complaints many have is the lesser experience with MODs, specially compared with the Steam Workshop, and any effort to improve in this regard would be appreciated, although it's not a must for me.I've never used the 30-day refund policy, but it's a good feature as well.GOG's game packs could use some improvement, since you can't buy a partial pack, ignoring the tittles you already have.
