Google still hasn't sorted this out. On top of taking my hard earned money (they say by a third party, in other words them), they've now sent me somebody else's email address. I can only assume that they've sent my email address and details to this other person. A blatant data breach, and they still don't respond!Anybody else ripped off by Google Ads? Any other small business been damaged by Google? Still waiting for Google to resolve this issue. I've been trying to get it resolved since August 2021. They've taken £239 off me for an ad account I never knew existed and didn't set up, which allegedly ran ads. Tried to say my data had been stolen by a "third party". In other words not them. Thing is this so called "third party" only used my data to advertise with Google. Strange that! It's blatantly obvious that Google have messed up and they owe me a refund.
ads going way over daily budget, example set up a daily budget of £10 ads go way over and goes up to £30 in 12 hours. why would I set up an add for £10 daily for it to go over by £20? Customer service waste of time and don't understand. Customer service keeps saying (ads can over perform) If I wanted it to over perform then I would of set it up that way. total b** s***. Don't bother using
Worst company to deal with. As paying customer you would expect to be able to reach someone ! The makes it impossible to get hold of a real person to solve your problem, I have a billing problem where the overcharged me and the make it impossible to get it resolved ! Once the have your money you are done. The either connect you to only Ad Technical Support in India ! Once the guy in India was very friendly and tried to connect me to the billing department but the robot just hang up on me because I was not able to type in the account number in 5 seconds :( Also I don't believe the Ads are very honest. As Advertiser the push me to pay $1 per click or more. As Media Platform the put so many Ads on my web page but pay me 1 cent per click :( I would not trust them ! I will file a Consumer Complaint at the Government Page and see what happens. But pretty sure this will not do anything those big corporations are not afraid of the Gov !
When chatting to a representative they started a adverting campaign before I even gave the go ahead that I will reluctantly have to pay. ALSO Google ads send you a brochure in the post with a Google ads credit to match your spend with no promotional code??? When you call them they say the system is not generating any codes and that you must keep calling them -(maybe for months the call center said) and they might provide a code. Probably because they such a big company they can be so obnoxious as to not honor their offers!!!!!!!!!!!!!I see on other complaints here that even if you get the code they still dont actually give you any credit -Big Company with huge issues. So dont do Google adverts.
Aside from annoying the $h!t out of me with irrelevant and relentless ads - googleadservices.com keeps blocking my web browsing - and very specifically my SHOPPING!!!! So your idiot robot is preventing me from spending money on your sponsors???? This thing SUCKS
