Biggest sacm!!! Dont touch anything that comes fromm this company! If there were 0 Stars or Minus Stars I would give them. I just want to play Star Wars Battlefild II casually, but its not possible most of the time because of this so n of a B iatch company! They always change something, so that yoz have to download a shitload of stuff, than you always have to check into your old account of them and there nothing works, as if you did not own the game. Its just shit. On the company's website the game is not listed as your own. You still have to buy it, even though you already own it on Epic games. Just shit!!!

I use Claude to write stories, for the most part it's reasonbly good.-Swearing: Censored-Not safe for work: Censored-Political opinion: Censored-Asking it to use the word pee, as in, he had a pee: Censored-Once it starts censoring me, it then argues with me, I have to explain its how you know, adults talk, censored, continues to argue with me. -He slept on top of her: Censored-Then once it starts censoring, it runs out my messages, and I have FOUR BLOODY HOURS, before it refreshes.-I'm PAYING for this service, PAYING, and I can't even say the word pee, without it censoring me and running out my messages with a SIX HUNDRED WORD LECTURE.-What the hell are you guys doing?????

We booked an apartment for a family trip to Sheffield for my son’s hockey tournament. On arrival we were met with 2 drug users on the door step and the lobby was not secure so anyone could come in and out of the apartment building at any time. Not secure at all to put a family in. On seeing the apartment we found it was a completely different apartment to what we had booked and was filthy. We were concerned for the welfare of the kids so had to find another accommodation asap! We contacted the apartment owner who admitted that this was not the apartment we booked but would not refund us. We have tried to get a refund through booking.com and they have refused even though we have been told this was not the apartment we booked. They have been so unhelpful and the apartment owner will not refund us and will no longer speak with us. I don’t understand how booking.com can allow people to advertise something they are not delivering and clearly accept this by not refunding us. I will never be using them again we are £180 out of pocket and they don’t care. Awful service. You book through these sites for more security but it’s just a completely different apartment scam!!!

Hi Amazon.co.uk are very difficult to contact either by their suggested way-or email.The Customer Services is very disappointing. They are charging for postage despite the item being faulty, bad quality or not being described correctly.Customers do not appear to be respected at all.

My doorbell had what seemed to be water ingress, I was told I needed a replacement so they sent one out on the basis I’d be charged if I didn’t return the old one. A few days later my doorbell was working fine and was “back to normal” I contacted google and asked if I could simply send back the new bell (still boxed and totally unopened in original wrapping)......long story short the return labels they have sent won’t allow me to send anything back and I have been charged £230 for a bell I don’t need! The customer “service” is absolutely hoffific! I mean it’s a car crash! I have around 60-70 emails.....to try and return a doorbell!!!!! My advice if your product breaks......buy a new one.....not from nest or google! I could buy a nest doorbell for £140-160 in tool station! I will be speaking with trading standards.

Almost one month ago, I placed an order with Thomann, purchasing a variety of simple items. Despite the straightforward nature of the order, it took them a week to prepare it. When the package finally arrived in Copenhagen, there was an issue with the delivery company, PostNord. My parcel was held in their warehouse for three weeks, slated to be returned to Thomann. However, it’s still stuck in PostNord’s storage and hasn’t moved.While I understand that the delay isn’t entirely Thomann's fault, it's also not mine at all. Waiting a full month for items I've already paid for is unreasonable. I contacted Thomann, hoping for a refund or a new shipment, but they refused to take any action until the package is returned to them—something I find completely unreasonable.Sadly, this experience barely warrants even a single star.

I got a Samsung series 6 not had it for 2months I got it from littlewoods.com.they put me through to Samsung as the washingmachine kept going off.and when I spoke to them they tried blaming us saying they must be something wrong with the electric.first then said it might be the fuse in the plug and then they tried to say it was the socket.then they wanted me to move the washing machine to try a other socket.i have sent it back .never buy o.a Samsung they have no customer service and blame the customer.
