Abysmal. Needed to amend my order. Ended up needing to cancel and refund, and then reorder. After battling the bizarre customer service system to speak with someone on the phone, I was told it had been done (all within half an hour of ordering) and I didn’t need to do anything else. I received no confirmation via email or otherwise. I checked via chat and was it had been cancelled and I’d have confirmation within 24h. 10 hours later, after I’d already reordered elsewhere, I received a courier email saying it had been shipped and money was taken.
