After upgrading to Premium+

After upgrading to Premium+, I am disappointed to find that I still only have 25GB of storage. Despite contacting GoPro multiple times, they have acknowledged the issue but have no solution at the moment. It is frustrating to pay for a premium plan and receive the same limited storage as before, without the promised 500GB. Furthermore, there is no refund offered for this inconvenience. In an attempt to apologize, they have sent me free gear such as clips and chest mounts, but this gesture does not make up for their unprofessionalism. I am at a loss for what to do next.
