My initial experience was kind of negative. On top of that, one of my batteries stopped charging. I contacted GoPro support not expecting anything in particular as I am used to being treated like trash by corporations. However, after a few quick questions I was informed by a consultant that a free replacement battery in on the way. Can you believe this? I was shocked.
