Worst Customer Service on the Planet

I have never had as terrible customer service as I have with GoPro, if I were you I would avoid at all costs.Not only did they take both a charge and pre-charge, so taking double the amount the camera actually cost me for over a week, but their customer service post-purchase has been horrendous.I needed to return the product, so they told me to refuse delivery. I have now been waiting over a month for my refund, and they can't give me any update. Their customer service representatives just repeat the same phrase over and over again.Literally terrible, don't use.
