Useless support from Gopro on missing items in shipment!

Useless support. My purchase was delayed and packaging damaged by the courier. I received it on the night before my trip. Two out of the 6 items I ordered were missing so I took a picture of the empty shipping box thinking that would be good enough. Nope, their customer support would only help me if I could send a picture of the box, all the items that I did receive and the packing slip, all together. I tried explaining that the Gopro was with me on my trip and the box was at home in my garage. They never did seem to understand that all the packaging was at home and the Gopro was with me on my trip. Their customer support goes from "ofcouse we will help" to "bummer, that too bad we can't help". I'm just happy that the missing items were the low cost and I actually received Gopro itself. My loss.
