I wanted to take the Chicago Architectural River Cruise so I went to Groupon page. Found the coupon for a river cruise. Made the purchase. It was only then that it was revealed that it was for a specific cruise company and there were no tickets available for the day I needed. Contacted Groupon and they would not refund the voucher making it worthless.
