I feel so dumb, never again.

First time buying with Guitar Center; just a pair of headphones I needed and paid extra for overnight shipping so I could have them before leaving on a trip.Long story short, it’s unfortunately gone missing and I haven’t been able to locate where the driver left it. I reached out to GC’s support online, and the agent I spoked to, Jordan, was insanely dismissive. He, word for word, said “Stuff gets stolen off front doors all the time.” and to reach out to the police if I wanted any help. A customer service rep’s job is literally to handle issues like this with empathy and options, this was just insanely inappropriate, especially to say to a new customer. If “stuff gets stolen all the time” I would have never placed an order through here.Now, I have to potentially file a dispute because of this, along with the screenshots, but I just cannot get over that conversation, wow.Edit:Just to update, Guitar Center replied to this review asking me to email them, but didn’t even bother responding TO that. They’re also trying everything in their power to fight against all the claims I’ve opened against them to avoid refunding me (a $100 item, by the way. $100 they don’t want to refund).
