This is about the guitar center scam card. I just spent 2 hours of my morning trying to get hidden surprise charges removed from what was supposed to be 24 months free financing. I was auto enrolled in some kind of nonsense where you pay an extra 60 dollars a month incase you can’t make a payment ? What kind of retarded shit is that? Of course the card service can’t help so I have to call into some other number that runs this insurance scam that not one person would ever want. Then after my purchases there were “Fee adjustments” which I had to have them open an investigation that takes 60 days to complete. So now instead of just paying my card I have to investigate it to make sure there is no more “free finance” surprise charges. No wonder why your company is a billion dollars in debt and on the brink of closure.
