On 12/29 I found a used Pioneer XDJ-XZ that I needed for a gig on 1/6. I noticed that there was an offer to get financing from the Gear Card, I applied, I got approved and made my purchase. I received confirmation that my purchase was successful and I was happy. Two days later I received an email that my order was cancelled. I called and spoke to a rep who said there was nothing to worry about. I checked my Gear Card account only to find that I now had a 0 balance, nothing was due, but I had no credit b/c of. pending charge for $1599. I called Synchrony who was useless to see if I could access the credit as I needed to buy a controller for my gig. They advised that I close the account and re-apply which I did and was DENIED credit probably because I just closed an account them. I called GC and this time I was told the reason he order was cancelled was b/c they store that had he used unit could not locate it so they cancelled the order. As it stands your mismanagement of your own inventory has totally F*^&$#D my S&(%~ all up and this is the last time I will ever do business it any of your stores or garbage website.
