How do you pay $300 for a preamplifier and no where does it say that the 18 volt power supply needed to power it up is NOT included. You can't even find it on your site or the manufacturers site. Had to order one from Amazon for another $22 dollars and wait 3 more days to use it. Completely unacceptable! And it didn't come with a manual!
