The service Rep Justin was great. 100% accommodating, knowledgeable, and made every thing work out great despite the mistake being a 100% my fault. As a paramedic and firefighter I have to deal with people having rough days every shift and I'm sure you guys get you're fair share of misplaced frustration. Keep an eye on that guy, knowledge and proficiency delivered through an approachable and understanding individual is an asset regardless of job title.
