I purchased a blood pressure monitor nearly four weeks ago. After a week I sent an email enquiring about it, the company assured me I would receive it soon. I emailed again, they sent me a tracking number and this does not work as it is not a full tracked service. It is only scanned on delivery, therefore if you don’t receive it the parcel can’t be tracked. I emailed again as they do not accept phone calls, this time I didn’t get a reply. I have sent a further three emails all have been ignored. All I can say to anyone is before you make a purchase from this company think again. I would hate to see more people being taken advantage of.
