Shipping took three weeks beyond the promised 2 days, and only after I chased them for a shipment update. When the package finally arrived, I was soon to realize it contains wrong items, a slap in the face of any decent service. Returning the items was another headache, and to add insult to injury, I was refunded partially, and not at all for items I have never ordered in the first place. Now, I'm back to wrestling with their customer service for my full refund. Utterly unacceptable and downright disrespectful.
