Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service and Billing Practices

I am incredibly frustrated with Hootsuite's customer service—or the lack thereof. All I wanted was information on upgrading my plan from one to three users, but their system is remarkably inefficient and user-unfriendly. Firstly, there is no direct line to speak with a real person; the only available option is a chatbot that proved utterly useless in addressing my concerns. When I attempted to escalate my issue by submitting a support request email, it went completely unanswered.Moreover, the billing issues have only compounded my dissatisfaction. Having already paid for a one-user account last month, Hootsuite is now attempting to charge me for a full year's subscription for a three-user account anew. This feels like a blatant disregard for fair billing practices and customer loyalty.If you're considering Hootsuite for your social media management needs, be wary of their customer support and billing systems.
