I was charged over $600USD for an annual subscription and have no way of getting in touch with Hootesuite. Submitted two tickets online, no response. No email to me like they state on their webpage stating they will send you an email 5 days prior to charging, signed up for the free account was billed for professional account, signed up with a promo for free trail , no information about the full charge anywhere . Horrible customer service - have no way of getting in touch with anyone - need a refund was charged on my card 800$ Canadian . Would not recommend this service to anyone. Disputing with the Bank as a fraudulent charge as this was not approved by me.
