They charged me $228 for their auto renewal without any prior notice at all last year. I was so angry I cancelled the account (didn’t use it anyway as it was so restrictive).Why the review now? They just charged again this year. I couldn’t double check today because the system wouldn’t allow me to log in. Why? I don’t have an account with them.Yep. Even though I don’t have a customer account with Hootsuite anymore they still stole $228 from my credit card a year later, again with zero notice beforehand.
