I recently had money taken from my account because somehow I had signed for 2 trial plans: free and team. I was not aware of the teams plans and after 25th June I got an invoice and money deducted from my account. I followed up and wrote a 1 star rating review on this site. I got a response from Hootsuite on my review and after 2 days I got my refund.My 2 cents advise: Hootsuite must make cancelling trials easier (click 1 opt-out button and done) Happy to get my money back...Thanx Hootsuite
