TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD BILLING PRACTICESMuch the same as many of the reviews here, my complaint is about the fees charged to my credit card and an extremely negative experience with the "help" desk. Went from UNUSED 30 day free trial period to an automatic $400+ charge to my card for annual fee. As soon as I saw the charge I contacted them to reverse it, stating that I had never used the service but to no avail....yet.I swear I think I encountered a robot who would answer with links to their policies instead of a personal reply. I am currently placing this in dispute. As far as the platform, I found it very noisy, cluttered and difficult to navigate. There are others that are better out there.As a business owner myself, I see nothing positive coming out of holding a potential customer hostage for a service they do not want - they may make $$ but leave lots of bad will behind. Now I will only speak negatively about this company to anyone that will listen. Big mistake
