We were booking a stay for the night. Bounced around to another site, when I returned dates changed without my notice and I hit book. WRONG move on my part. When I noticed the wrong date I contacted Hotels.com, what a mistake!!! Person was not helpful, sucked up over 30 mins of time without results. I call hotel directly, said would refund money if 3rd party, Hotels.com, would just call them. When I told Hotels.com person they just kept asking dumb questions, sucking up more time*** My mistake for sure, but when you need help, forget it. They are very Clueless. I have use them for years. Lots of business travel and the app worked wonderful, easy to book. This is no longer true. Go another way, save yourself the hassle.
