I had to return a table and used my own shipping company to do so. When I had a hard time proving that the table had been delivered (i.e., a BOL was not enough), the Houzz customer service representatives were amazingly helpful!Thank you & now I am placing this new order--even though I had other website options to order from-- mostly because of the customer service
