I have a HP Envy TE02-1001 that is 9 months old. Despite having issues with keyboard and mouse that's been resolved now my machine won't power up. I contacted them an was asked to use WhatsApp so I did. I had to jump through hoops to start with and had to send a video of my pc not starting. I never received a reply despite chasing. Several weeks later I have tried via phone five times to be exact and each time it says they are putting me through to an agent it rings once the cuts me off. This is appalling service. I have a service contract but can't get through to get it repaired.One last attempt this morning another video sent and still no reply. I am starting to regret spending this amount if money on HP. Should do better
