I purchased an HP laptop directly from their official store, expecting a reliable and high-quality product. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.From the very first day, the Y and Z keys on the keyboard didn’t work. I sent the laptop for repairs to replace the keyboard, only to have it returned with deep scratches caused by their repair team.Within less than one and half years, the hinge broke despite the laptop being used only at home. I sent it for repairs again, but instead of fixing the hinge, HP managed to damage the LCD, returning the laptop in even worse condition.To make matters worse, HP’s customer service ignored my messages and showed no effort to resolve my concerns.If you’re considering buying an HP product, my advice is simple: just avoid HP. Their products are unreliable, and their service is even worse.
