Purchased the HP envy 6452E in March 2023. The set up was not easy but I got the printer connected and it worked properly for about two weeks. It has not worked properly since it is now October 2024. There’s really no way to troubleshoot as the app, simply prompts you to download another app for troubleshooting. If I could give this product a negative number I would. This printer is still under warranty, but I cannot find contact information or a way to submit a claim anywhere. The only thing the app wants me to do is purchase more ink. And apparently it demands a subscription as well. The sprinter has been nothing but a headache.
