American HP Customers and others. I've been a dedicated customer for over a Quarter Century Now.The Ball has hit the floor Out of Bounds, Game Over!I have an HP8715. A lower cost unit compared to the LAZER Unit Last, #6 or 7 now.At this point I SUGGEST THAT YOU "DO NOT BUY HP ANY LONGER, PRINTERS INCLUDED, AS WELL AS PC'S.Even though I've never owned their laptop, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. The Quality of their product is something at this time I'd expect to be sold at K-Mart, which went under what, 30 years backI own a number of businesses in one manner or another. Last HP experience, I purchased 4 print ink cartridges. Two were bad. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone totally oversees speaking with what I term IQ'less ditch diggers-labors. To no avail, meaning a waste of time.I allowed them that much respect, $600 out of my firm's financial costs. They sent 1 sent of color cartridges, received The other day.We run a business, not an art studio, Black ink is what was lost. The 6th individual laborer was a female supervisor who in plain English, told me where to place the stick (expression.)Their, her, only goal is to make their customers want to purchase HP in the future once again. I'm see myself as one very respectable business Entrepreneur. For that reason, I shall no longer purchase 'H"ow 'P"athetic Product, I will purchasr a different Name, with my next printer.It will not be a HP product. For you folks out their in actual reality... spend an hour or three looking at all other name brands!@@! In doing so, look at every third part reviews, companies before you decide.This one, you CAN CLEARLY SEE IS IN THE (LVR) Lower Value Reciews.
