You guys sent me a printer not linked to my account which has been very inconvenient to my business. I have yet to get a solution & I have been without any business for 3 days now. I am very upset I’ve called everyone just apologizing but there has been no resolution to an issue that was created on your behalf. I plan on canceling all my subscriptions if there’s no solution today. Everyone keep telling me the supervisor gonna call me back since yesterday & I had to continuously call to speak with her. Who still had no resolution all I keep getting told is I have to wait. This is very upsetting when every month a fee is being taking from my account. I expect this to be resolved quickly especially being as though this was an issue on your warehouse behalf.
