HP Laptops have a known defect where the screen rips up at/around the hinge and HP is doing nothing to resolve the issue. I have taken excellent care of my HP Envy x360 Convertible 15m-ed1xxx laptop and went to close it one day and the screen ripped up at the hinge and a screw has since then fallen out from that space. I have spent MONTHS trying to resolve this issue with HP and continue to get ghosted. Don't buy HP products. Their customer services is atrocious, they don't take ownership of their defects, and you will waste time and money trying to get the issue resolved. Never buying and HP product again.
