OMGosh the website to cancel InstankInk sends you in a loop then after 15 minutes of going through multiple screens finally getting the phone support. PLEASE have someone answer here in the USA that speaks and understand clear English. I could not understand them and had to repeat over and over. My next printer will not be HP. The InstantInk is a scam if you only print a few times a year and trying to cancel after being charged $5.00 a month for nothing is painful.
