Couldn't even go into my BIOS configuration for advanced settings. Wanted to contact their support, but there was NO contact information whatsoever as they did write on their website, rendering them completely useless for customer experience. Not only did I waste precious time for weeks trying to change my HDD to an SSD, but they had hidden their 'Advanced Settings' for "Security reasons". I BOUGHT THE LAPTOP, LET ME CUSTOMISE IT. They did so you could pay a subscription for their support, WHICH DOESN'T EXIST!! Not even to mention their printer, which they make same exchange for in subscription.If I could rate this company by anything! I wouldn't even give them a single star... I am so done with their products! Never buying AGAIN!
