I’ve bought 14inch i7 10th gen laptop for £534. Within 15 months of purchase the display is completely crashed and I can clearly say its not because of my mishandling. There are no traces of scratches, dents or even minute lines on the sides or top of the laptop. It is solely because of poor quality of screen. Highly disappointed with hp laptops and their service.
