ZBook faulty from the start - HP are stonewalling the issue

I purchased a powerful ZBook in August 2022 for my small business use. It immediately started to crash with blue screens. However, I did not contact them within one month, so HP only offered to repair. They sent several engineers that took it apart and so-called rebuilt, changed parts etc. The problem has never been resolved. The case was "escalated" to a manager who has done NOTHING, except for sending me a "case closed" notification. Appalling service. These are not cheap items, and HP should honour their Consumer Legal Guarantee, as stated on their website. I'm going back to Dell.
