I purchased a HP Envy x360 and have had nothing but problems with the computer from the start. I've repeatedly had the blue screen of death. I spent an entire day with their help desk trying to fix it on multiple occasions. After this last go, they've determined it's a hardware issue that isn't fixable. On top of that, I'm told it's outside the warranty. I've had the laptop for a year and half. I run a busy business and I can tell you this is a terrible company, one that doesn't back their products. We also purchased a printer that doesn't work half the time. It repeatedly says offline. I have to unplug and plug it back in to get it to work. I'd shy away from this company. Actually, run from this company. It's one thing to make a terrible product, but to not back it when I've only had it for a year and a half AND I have a clear trail of problems with it from the beginning. Terrible...terrible!
