In late Jan 2024 I was looking at getting an HP laptop. I tried a couple of times to speak to an advisor to get input on the ones I would probably want but they were either off air or busy. At a third time I managed to speak to someone and they were helpful. As a deal I had been emailed about was ending shortly I made the order 29 Jan 2024 and it advised delivery was estimated for 31 Jan 2024.On 30th Jan I checked their site and saw no packing yet performed so it was not likely I would receive it 31st. Again I looked on 31st and still no packing date. I contacted HP on 1 Feb as still no movement and after hanging around quite a while on the call was told the order had been cancelled. They could offer no reason just that it had been cancelled. I was told the appropriate department would be contacting me that morning. Unsurprisingly that did not happen. So, I placed and order and HP have cancelled it but not bothered to tell me they have done so. No call to say they have a better, cheaper, more expensive…any alternative. Just silence.HP seem to have indicated they cannot care about customer service. Absolutely disgraceful.
